How does microneedling work?

Microneedling induces the so-called “skin healing process” or the skin’s self-renewal ability. The needles cause a slight, uniform disruption of the tissue – micro-trauma – which, during the healing process, triggers new synthesis of collagen and elastin, which helps to restore the dermal structure of the skin. The whole process is naturale to the body.

In addition to stimulating collagen production, micro-needling also creates channels through which the active ingredients are absorbed more quickly and efficiently. According to the results of studies, the effect of the active ingredients is increased many times over.

Home care after treatment:

Aftercare at home is also important to intensify the effects of the treatment. We carefully explain and advise all to clients during the first visit
After the treatment, the skin is red and looks as if it has been exposed to the sun. This effect disappears within 10 – 48 hours.
Apply only serums and creams recommended by the treating therapist
During periods of increased sun activity, apply spf50 cream and do not expose yourself to direct sun for one to two weeks
Avoid going to swimming pools, sauna, solariums, physical activity and being
in dusty environments after the procedure one week
It is not recommended just before a holiday for about 2 weeks
Make-up can be applied after about 2 days, ideally without oily ingredients
Resume the daily routine is recommended after complete healing in about 5-7 days

How often to repeat:

The standard recommendation is to repeat 3 treatments after approx. 1 month,
the result occurs naturally and gradually.
Formation of new collagen and elastane takes place over the next 4-6 months.
